Cancellation / No Shows
Please cancel at least 1 hour before your appointment. Appointments can be cancelled / updated by Calling or Online. Please do not use Social media Messages and Email for cancellations/Updates.
Contact us one hour prior if unable to keep your appointment and avoid a $20 fee.

How to choose which massage therapist?
When Booking Online, it does not matter what number therapist you choose. It is simply a time placeholder and not a guarantee of a particular therapist. our schedule rotates daily.
Please book based on availability.

We attempt to honor all requests that are written on your appointment notes,
but cannot guarantee based on therapist schedule.
