Exciting News: Utopia Upgraded to a New Booking System on February 25, 2025!

At Utopia Foot & Shoulder Massage, we’re always looking for ways to improve your experience. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that we’re upgrading our booking system from Vagaro to Boulevard! This change will make scheduling your favorite massage treatments even easier and more seamless.  

Here’s everything you need to know about our transition to Boulevard and how it will enhance your booking experience.  

Credit Card Fee Update  

At Utopia, we pride ourselves on offering affordable, high-quality massage services. However, due to rising costs, we will be applying a 3% credit card processing fee on transactions.  Want to avoid the fee? We recommend using cash or a debit card at checkout!  

Gift Cards: What You Need to Know  

If you’ve purchased a Utopia gift card within the last two years, we’ll have a record of it in our system. However, to ensure a quick and easy redemption, we recommend bringing your physical gift card or email confirmation with your gift card number.  

Memberships – Time to Re-Enroll  

If you’re a current Utopia Member, your membership will remain active. However, once it expires, you’ll need to re-enroll in our new system because auto-renewals will not transfer.  

New & Improved Booking Features!  

One of the biggest perks of our new system? Easier group bookings!

– You can now book for yourself or a group (2+ guests) in just a few clicks.  

– This is perfect for our Monday & Wednesday specials, which require booking for two people.  

First Available Therapist – What This Means for You  

The new system will automatically assign the first available therapist, ensuring you get an appointment as quickly as possible.  

Don’t worry! If you have a preferred therapist, we will still have your request saved in your notes. If needed, we can always update it for you.

We’re excited (and a little nervous!) about this transition, and we truly appreciate your patience as we fine-tune everything. While we’ve worked hard to make this a smooth upgrade, minor glitches may occur, and we’ll be here to assist you every step of the way.
